Hey how long is a goood night sleep?

Question:

Answers:
It depends on your age and other factors. The human body has a built in chemical clock (circadian rhythms) that determines how long you naturally sleep and it can be set by habits; its natural setting to a 24 hour cycle is by light. A wee baby needs much more sleep than an adult and an elderly person needs less. The consensus is that an adult on average needs about 7-9 hours sleep per night.

For more info on the circadian "clock" type "circadian rhythms" into Yahoo! web search and a number of links comes up.
