Answers:    Depression is something that is totally common surrounded by doctor's offices presently, so it is nothing to be feeling shame about.

I would recommend going to see a doctor who is liable to spend time with you.

Avoid the one's that when you voice "I'm depressed", and s/he says... "Here bear this."

There are many different things that can explanation it.

If you just grain like conversation about it to ancestors going through similar stuff, go to meetup.com and look for local chapter that are usually free to go to. Or move about to Yahoo Groups and post and read post, sometimes you can even get people's emails/IMs to communicate one on one.

Definitely do something though.

Go see a doctor because we other think we can resolve this on our own. You can't. Maybe you can go and get one some anti-depressants for now. You don't hold to be on them for years and years. We all walk through this, but how you deal next to it is the important article. I have severe anxiety disorder and sometimes I can't go away my house, but I force myself. You will feel better after conversation to someone about it and getting relieve. Good luck!
