Question:
Answers:
you might try seeing another doctor and he can recommend something different. they have many drugs out to help with that.
So you can not focus.
But how can I give you a decent answer if you can not focus on it.
Let me ask you, how long have you been focusing on your not being able to focus? I'll bet you have kept in your mind since fifth grade. Strange, eh!
Would you say that you believe that you can not focus?
Some people just start behaving that way thinking that they can get out of all kinds of duties. Then, strangely enough, they discover they can not focus at all when they need to.
If what you are doing is no longer useful do something else.
What you need to do is set yourself a new goal. If you want something enough you will do whatever it takes to get it.
Just a thought.

I am so sorry the system did this to you. I have wondered how the kids did with medication. I knew one who was wild. You seem to be thinking well enough. There are mechanical ways to change your aura and so your emotional base. The aura is a radio signal mainly on the skin , bone and blood of the living creature. If you place metal sheets like aluminum foil on the skin in places you can alter the radio signal flow. It will change your mood but just wont know how. You can experiment to find the one you like . The simplest one I teach is the metal around the right ankle to remove depressed feelings. Food as well as drugs will alter the internal aura. Also glasses on the eyes change it too. The aura has particles with electrical charge and a spin. The spin is male or female. Other people can affect your aura so it makes difference if you are all alone or in a crowd. To focus better I say have some mechanical aura control and avoid people .
It sounds like you need to see your doctor maybe they can help! hugs!
I'm sorry to hear about this. Have you looked into vitamins or other support supplements? For example, vitamin B6 supposedly can be a good supplement for those struggling with depression, because it can act on certain chemicals in the brain. If you do not want to take medication for your condition, then I would look into vitamins or something like Omega-3 fish oil capsules. There are several good sources on what to use; the book that comes to mind is "The Chemistry of Joy" by Emmons. If you can purchase a copy or get it from the library perhaps it may be useful. Another thing to consider: have you or are you seeing a therapist/psychologist? A really good one can open new horizons for you. And above all, exercise! It can help relax you & make you feel better.
