Please help me... I have internet addiction?

I want to stop this...but I can't. I want to stop going on the computer...but I can't. I need help to stop going on it.

addiction to internet may actually consist of several addiction to certain internet application, and IMO, you will have to address these specific issues themself. There are many internet activities ranging from emails to online game, i doubt you're addicted to each and everyone of it.
One of the worse addiction is online gaming. Sometimes you might eventually get bored with one game but if you keeps trying new ones, you'll perpetually get hooked up to it.
Generally, you just have to manage your time by setting certain limits. Cut down on activities that has almost no benefits at all such as online gaming and chatrooms. Its good to chat with friends, but you have nothing to lose by cutting down on chatrooms.
Of course you cant competely put your computer away, it doesn't work that way. Just manage your usage wisely, its not easy either so do it one step at a time, you'll eventually be just fine.
tell your parents. they can help you monitor your usage on the Internet. if it continues after this you may need outside help (IE psychiatrist, therapist, counselor)
Try to decrease the time you spend on the computer by, say, half an hour each day, until maybe you only go on for about one hour each night.
If you really feel you can't do this, go and see your GP or talk to your parents (if you still live with them). Or, alternatively, ring up a helpline, you need to talk to someone.
I would encourage you to take up a hobby, maybe a sport, or an instrument.
It's not so rare, actually, studies show that one in eight US adults are addicted to the internet. So don't beat yourself up about it, go and talk to someone.

Right there with you. Try to find something Very exciting like paint balling or drive in a destuction derby just something to give you a big rush!
If I were you I would just be more outgoing, go do things like go to the movies, hang out with your friends, and go to the beach. Stuff like that. To fix the part of you going to the internet at night I would say fix your bedtime schedule and set it to like 9PM and get rid of the internet. Your too addicted to it which can be bad.It will make you become more lazy...
from what i see you only use the net at night; well, you may try to move your pc from the room where you sleep, try and make your bed as comfortable as you can and open the window to be colder in the room;
your main problem is that you don't sleep; i also did that and got very depressive shortly; don't chat with people, just navigate on the sites, but try to keep to the scientific ones, to get information in a short time; and read more books, but easier, and before sleep
