What are the techniques for mental and physical relaxation?

go to spa...you don't have to go to expensive or spa hotel...
but not a too cheappy one...:)...
the spa aroma, music, and massage can give you relaxation...
i never see anything better than spa treatment for mental and physical relaxation...

One technique is to find solitude for some time, and try to meditate. You may sit down, or you can lie on your back. Then, close your eyes^^ Listen to mellow music, and try to imagine that you're in your fantasy world (seriously). Or, you could always sleep and have enough rest ^_^ You will definitely be energized after that.
