What do you do to relax?


Question:
How do you reduce your stress? What are your methods, which worked? Mine was going for a 2 hour hike, but now theres never enough time!

Answers:
Getting a coffee and going to the park nearby. (I'm from Southern New England - the park is right on the waterfront.) Watching the seagulls and the boats going by. Getting some fresh air.
Soak in the tub
Foot massage (will relieve tension all the way to the top of your head if done correctly)
Watch something on tv that makes me hoot with laughter (Scrubs is my current favorite)
Pet my cat
Walk my dog
Full body stretch
Sit on the porch and listen to music.

Spacehog - In the meantime.
And a lot of Led Zeppelin.

Sit in a quiet comfortable area and imaging you are somewhere else.My fave is pretending I'm lying on a cloud on a cold day and the sun is shining..

Yoga or meditation will put you in a relaxive state and is great if your time is limited.
