I couldn't find anything on long tours, but here's one article on tours of art museums. http://www.thehearth.org/artists/news.ht... And I know the Boston Art Museum has one also.
People with alxheimers are the most loveable of all people really. They may open up to you in one day and forget all about it the next.
I think having an accompanied holidays for tham would really make them feel more special.
