How to get a better sleep without taking sleeping pills..?

I guess I'm addicted to those pills now.. I need help..

The best idea is YOGA.Join a basic yoga course for 1 week. It gives peaceful mind and good sleep.

Pray God before sleep.

Switch off your mobile phones.

Don't see mobile phone or computer before 1 hour to sleep.

Please don't take sleeping pills.

RELAX.
Wean yourself off them slowly, don't just come straight off them.
Dont do mentally taxing things for a couple of hours before going to bed. Unwind naturally, take a bath have a warm drink & think positive things.
You can do it ma'am
read books (not so conciously)
listen slow music
do lot of physical activities
You can't get better sleep without sleeping pills but you can always try.It depends on how bad you want to get off the pills.

Chamomile tea, that works really well, it will relax your whole body, & get better sleep.
