How can I manage this fury?


Question:
I am FURIOUS right now over dishes. I am so mad. I was punching my mattress repeatedly and im still FUMING. I get like this probably once a week, but nobody knows. I just go in my room, punch things, then stay mad. I can't cry either. I want to but I cant. My body just won't let me, so that makes me angry, then I take the anger out on other things and bottle the emotion. How can I manage this fury without seeking professional help/without anyone knowing??

In a way you are managing it, but have you tried exercise? Running for a few minutes can help you work off anger and anxiety, even when you think what's bothering you isn't that big of a deal.
i have this problem too. usually as much as three times a day. and i cry A LOT. i cry more than i break things. i do see a therapist. it makes it worse. i feel even more depressed. sorry i cant really help you im still trying to help myself out.
