Answers:
when we think about something we empower it or make it real, what you need to do is stop thinking about it, this may sound sill y but try it it works imagine and think that your body takes back the control of your noisy tummy. what you have done is you have taken control of something that is normally a bodily function controlled by the body, i used to have a couple warts on my top of my fingers because they could be easily seen i became worried about them with a month i had heaps, i was told to do what I'm telling you, i kinda forgot about them no treatments, and after a year or two i just noticed they had gone.
we don't know how powerful the brain is, but its the centre of your world, it shows and sees and filters what comes in and out of us, i did this trick to stop a growth spurt i created when i was 11 and it stopped hurting, i also did this when i stopped body building and grew to 111 kg.
its about imagination and visualisation, Einstein said that imagination is more powerful than knowledge, it is in fact the root of all we know and how we know it, just watch a early 1900's sci'fi' and look in your house or kitchen or any where.
xoxoxoxo kia kaha be strong and lots of aroha love and you will be ok. just don't stress about it . i used to also have panic attacks caused the stress i put myself through soon as i removed the stress so did the attacks. just believe it really works.
it happens to everyone sometimes!
Take a deep breath everyone has them especially girls! No one can hear them! You can hear them b/c your right next to your belly and no one can tell its you! if they can!
First, go back to college. Second get another job to pay for college. Try eating more healthier foods and take a few protein bars in your purse (or some kind of bag) with you to snack on before a class or during a break. Keep your mind busy with tasks that would keep you away with thoughts of your stomache, like maybe make a five minute jar of chores that only take five minutes to do, but still need to be done. Make lists of thigns you want to buy, or buy some chewing gum. Just keep yourself preoccuipied. Please try before you go to someone else. If that doesn't work then go see a doctor. It might be acid reflex or a stomache disorder
whats the question?
omg i have the same thing. it started when i was trying to lose weight. i started just drinking slim fast amd my belly started making so much noise that everyone turned around and laughed! it made it to where i was afrade every time and it would happen every time. i got to where i would stuff so much into me just to give me mind peace that it would have again. then i would eat so much doing that i would get sick. it's not as bad as it was because i've learned to (kinda) control my head a lil. but it's been like that for years now. it's like a sickness!! and i've never heard of this before now. so what can we do thats what i want to know?
I get that a lot especially when I go for counselling. As the session gets more intense and my nerves start to go and the anxiety shoots my stomach starts. Its loud and it rumbles on. We just smile about it and not make a fuss of it. After a while it settles back down. Sometimes my counsellor stomach rumbles too, but that's because she is hungry.
When it starts to happen try to focus your mind on something else which is going on around you and join in with it. Make the conversations lighthearted to reduce your anxiety and before you know it your stomach is settled and so are you.
Good luck
:-)))
this is completely normal, our insides make noises all the time, especially when we are digesting food. i still find it a bit odd that you gave up college bc of a few stomach rumblings!
