Feeling depressed, help me out?

Question:
I just don't feel like I can get anything done in time. Currently it's 1:15 in the morning though, so it's not like I am going to get anything done right now anyway. I have music I need to memorize for a big performance, I need to find a sub for my job, I need to clean and pack for a 2 week trip... But right now I can't sleep, and I'm feeling really worried and pretty depressed. I wanna just give up. Could people just give me advice? On anything: getting stuff done on time, getting to sleep, whatever, or just tell me something to distract me. Thank you.

Answers:
Call a temp service to find your sub.
Put your music on an mp3 player so you can learn 'on-the-go'.
Hire someone to clean (friend or professional service).
Pack with a color scheme (ie. black & white; blue & green; etc.) that way you can mix and match your outfits and thus pack less items.

In the meantime, for constructive distraction, start making lists:
Packing List
Cleaning List
List of tasks at work for the temp

This should help clear your mind so you can get some rest. That way you will know that when you get up you will be most productive because you have a plan of action.

Also, before you start making your lists, take some tylenol p.m. That will help you get totally relaxed enough to get a nice thorough rest.

Good luck and Sweet dreams!
Pssh...life goes on. Message me if you need a good distraction.
Im going to tell you but you prob will not like it ! Sex lots of sex then sleep you will wake up with a whole new perspective !
You have alot you are juggling right now and you are stressed out, you should just resign from the big performace, get the first sub you can find, clean a little, then go on your trip, then come back and clean everything else up.

Go on the trip and enjoy yourself.
have a warm bath, relaxes you, plus it helps you get to sleep afterwards.
its ok to feel overwhelmed, but you really need to clear your mind and get some sleep so you CAN get things done in a timely and efficient manner tomorow. sounds like your also gonna be having a lot of fun. You should look at the plus side of things. On getting to sleep you need to burn some energy during the day. I mean physical energy like working out or anything else that will get those muscles in motion. try some nyquil if all else fails. some good sleep will help you alot. it makes a huge difference.
What a great life you have, so active, with so much to do!
You're overburdened with obligations, but be sure to realize that those obligations are all opportunities to better yourself. You shouldn't be depressed that your life is progressing forward, that you have things to look forward to. Look at each obligation as a means of gaining something, be it experience, new acquaintances, wisdom, etc. The fact that the world has expectations of you shows how valuable an asset you are to the fabric of society. Live up to it, missy. For every task you complete comes a moment of relief; for others too, if not just for yourself. Your future is bright. Now go to sleep proud. Godspeed.
