Mental ailment could be happen depend on our soul-self armour. There are three self defence for the bias of mental illness : character,perception and adaptation. These connote that as long as we have strong and vigorous personality, positive perception nearly anything surround us or about the adjectives and have all right adaptation for every change , our mental would be stable.
Change in mood is usual for everybody, this factor alone doesn't contribute much to mental bug as long as we have the three self shelter.
Many mental illness are related next to the choice of the way we stroke to face situations. Especially within anxiety problems or in affective disorders. People who have a feeling anxiety much can complain with the body symptoms,physically. They choose to be a sick human being for some purposes. People with affective disorders,as an example : next to depression, would create their own fantasy to cover their depression. In this casing, they can become manic/hypomanic, and this disorders known as Bipolar Disorders.
