call a grandparent, or best friend, someone who you know will give you great compliments or go to the zoo, haha the zoo always cheers me up even if im alone, seeing all the little animals and little kids or watch old home videos.
IF you are suffering from clinical depression there is NOTHING you can do to be happy. A truly depressed person can not be "cheered" up by anything or anyone. Treatment for depression is relatively simple, including medication and therapy.
do u want to talk to me. you can messenger me. milldoll1@yahoo.com.
I would suggest talking to someone you can trust. If you have been feeling like this for quite some time perhaps you may need some counseling.
i would also suggest talking to someone who you can trust... it sounds like you might be suffering from depression or prolonged sadness... you could go to your doctor and tell him/her how you have been feeling...
you can also find support groups on the internet who can help you with problems such as depression or any other problem that you might be experiencing...
you might find that your mom and dad care for you more than you think... if you find it hard to get their attention or find it hard to talk to them, or for them to take you seriously, then try writing a letter to them... that might help you say what you need to say and it might make them take more notice of you...
dont suffer alone... reach out to someone who you know you can trust...
take care,
