Do i hold depression?


i have excessive guilt because i perceive that i should be guilty of something and give reason to be guilty, and then i don't won't to be guilty, so i rationalize why i shouldn't be guilty
because wheni im guilty, i can't do anything properly, affecting every movement that i do
it's so complicated sometimes

Depression is nothing you involve to be ashamed of, it's a real condition, just similar to a broken arm.

Ok I have to come back here to bowdlerize my answer. As a psychologist I'm getting upset at the dime store mental evaluations you're receiving on here!
A. you can not diagnose a mental disorder on row. And shouldn't!
B. People who don't know what they're talking around should not give medical suggestion. Bi-Polar disorder is something all together different, and I'd similar to to know how the other person arrived at her diagnosis?
C. You can return with depression anytime in your duration. It's not something that happens during childhood. It's a biological inequity in your brain. Which mechanism that your brain doesn't output as much seratonin (your happy hormone) as it should or your synapses aren't connecting as very well as they should. Or possibly both.
You can get depressed during a prolonged difficult situation or a specifically difficult event.
D. It's not normal to surface guilty all the time. Your primary sentiment should be happiness or individual content!

If I had to pinch a guess, and this is merely a guess, excessive feelings of guilt usually result from a traumatic event. I.e. the disappearance of a loved one, a divorce, 9/11. Which could mean post traumatic stress disorder. Which as you would expect can lead to depression.

How does schizophrenia exist?


If not depression, consequently anxiety for sure. Go see a counselor. Schools offer free counseling, and they can refer you to a doctor surrounded by your area. No shame, no worries. But acquire treated so that you can have a better life span for yourself.
