How can I enjoy myself? I worry too much.?


Question:
It's in the middle of the summer holidays, and I worry too much about school, results etc. I shouldn't be. They're still a bit off. Can anyone tell me how I could just chill the **** out??

Anybody out there who seems to be an expert on relaxing or .. I don't know. I just want to feel relaxed!

Answers:
Remove yourself from your present environment if possible. Try to do things that you don't ordinarily do--go to the beach, take a walk, ride a jet ski, etc. If you take some time out without any expectations of yourself, you will give some time for your brain to "breathe." It may sound cliche--but stop to take a look at nature. Appreciate what's around you.--I hope this helps!
lol a half dose of a sleeping med it should help but non medically find something to entertain your self with like video games movies mac'n with a girl fun stuff you know
I have those feelings some time.For me I put it in God's hands. Worrying sometimes can equate to stress which can cause you some physical problems.Listening to upbeat music can help as well. I hope this was of help and God speed in all your endeavors.
