I dunno either, I work in mental health and he can seem a bit unstable at times but I have never heard he is diagnosed as bipolar.

I watched a documentary by Steven Fry about bipolar and he talked to Robbie Williams. Robbie said he is not bipolar but does suffer from depression. hope that helps.
