Answers:
I thought everyone did.
i always put it down to hormones they're great we can blame allsorts on them lol.
Yeah, it's usually PMS.
There is always a reason, sometimes it is hidden from us for a moment.
Yes, I've been going through that a lot lately. I know there's a reason and I'm putting it in the trusted hands of God for Him to take care of.
Yes I do. It's part of my condition (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder coupled with Bi-polar disorder).
Mood swings suck.
PMS. I found myself crying for no reason at all the other day
what do you mean but "no reason at all"? do you mean you feel that way even when nothings wrong with you...like in a "i'm so at peace in this moment i could cry" way? like if something is beautiful or touching? if its this then you are experiencing true inner peace and true presence. this is what zen masters spend their whole lives training themselves to achieve. but not just moments of it like some people experience already...to live 100% of the time in the present. if this is actually how you feel you may be interested in this book, "the power of now" by eckhart tolle if not just forget what i just wrote.
Yes quite often over the silliest things too sometimes.
yea and that doesnt mean that something is wrong with you.
yeah. i had to leave work once because it was so bad. i'm guessing that there was something that was upsetting me but it coulda been lack of sleep.
Yes. And I hate it !
At first we go through this when we are hitting puberty, because our hormones are all out of whack.
Then we go through it again later in life when we hit Menopause, thought it was bad the first time :{
And in between for whatever reason you can think of.
But when it becomes a problem is when you do it continually and it seems like you're not coming out of it. Then it could be a depression.
Then you need to go to the doctor and let your doctor know so they can treat it. Why live like this if you don't have too?
But yes, it happens to the best of us ;)
Yes and I usually happens a few days before my period. I hate it because I have mood swings and I sometimes i am truly down in the dumps
Yes I have.
I think it's a sign of depression, even if there's no obvious signs of it.
When we feel teary and emotional for 'No reason at all'..there usually is a 'reason' that makes us feel this way.
It could be that there's something going on in our lives that we're not content with or happy about.
Could be lots and lots of things...health, money, relationships, grieving over a loved one, etc; etc;..that's life I'm afraid.
your time of month sweetie it happens
i certainly have had days like that dont know why just everything makes you want to cry ive also had the opposite to days where i just laugh and find everything so funny i just go with the flow if you want to cry you go ahead and cry let it all out
lol yes for a week every month. if its all the time for you it might be depression
NO but I am a MAN
When I feel teary and emotional there are always something that trigger to react in such a manner. Sometimes my past failures and sins, other times my success in all my struggles, and still at times the ingratitude and indifference of others, when I am ignored, rejected, forgotten, and self pity. These things usually occur when one is left alone and have nothing to do. So, when I am feeling these things in my life at present, I am careful not to drag myself but I talk to others so that I will not remember something that I experience. Talking to friends and sharing ones problem is one way of solving emotional crisis in life.
