These can certainly be symptoms of depression, If they are affecting your life go to your GP he'll be able to explore it more with you and hopefully find a remedy for you !! :)
go see your doctor. you haven't said much but if you're having thoughts about whether you are depressed or not you should see your Dr and they can refer you to a professional to talk about your issues.
yes i think you are depressed. i dont really beleive in anti-depressants because they do so many other bad things to you...i think that you should find somone that you can really talk to and somone that understands you and just have conversations about how you feel, because telling somone how you feel will help them be able to help you out and pull you out of this mess. best of luck to you.
Talk to a friend or family first, they might be able to help you. Try to do some exercise, like jogging every day - it definitely helps.
in times like this... all you gotta do is gather up everything you know... like why you think you may be sepressed... then work at that... good luck.
It may be symptoms of mild to moderate depression so if I were you I would go to your GP and tell them about whats happening. They may refer to you to an occupational therapist (I'm a student O.T). An O.T will help you with motivation and coping strategies around the things you want and need to do everyday by introducing activities step by step to build up your interest in life again.
