Mental health/ My GF has anxiety attacks, she wants to hit me or anyone else.?

Question:
Is this normal for social anxitey disorder? Whe she is hyper she wants to hit me .Whats up? Is this BS or what? Is this a scam on her part?

Answers:
no not bs, unfortunatley I also suffer with anxiety and yes there are times when its so bad all you want to do is basically smash everyone and everything around you. thank god there is help.. and please if you really love her help her through it as it does get better with time and learning to understand exactly whats going on there is light at the end of the tunnel just help her
The traditional way is to bring her to seek a psychologist or psychiatrist's help.

My suggestion is to give her extra nutrition like calcium, magnesium etc that will help to smooth her anxiety.

If you have read books of supplements, they have suggestions that lack of certain specific nutritions can cause illness.
Is she on medication already? Could be a side effect of something she is taking.
I suffer from panic attacks from time to time. I usually feel totally out of control of myself and pretty paralyzed. But it's different from everyone. Panic attacks can be the worst. It literally feels like you are on the verge of dying.
The best thing to do is consult a dr. In the meantime, see if you can talk her thru her attack. Remind her to take some deep breathes and have her concentrait on certain objects (like ask her to look at the clock and then look at the table). It will help get out of her head. Also, finding a mantra to repeat to yourself helps as well. (mine is " i control my mind , i control my body. this space is safe)
Hope this helps! Best wishes to you and your gf!
