Question:
my best friend came home today and was saying how he was so angry all of the sudden he punched another whole in his wall. he doesn't understand why he was so angry, he said he just was. a couple days ago he mentioned how he went to the doctors the other day and they said his blood pressure was pretty high. he also mentioned something about him taking anti-depressants.
he was talking to me today as he was angry, other then the fact i was scared he was going to lash out at me, i sat there and listened and tried to give positive responses to him.
next time he's angry or upset, how should i help him cope with it?
Answers:
Such people are dangerous and in need of hardcore counselling.....please contact his family and talk to them......if u are interested to help.always keep him engaged coz..AN IDLE MIND IS A DEVIL'S WORKSHOP
If he doesn't live with you, I think you should avoid him. He sounds out of control. Punching walls is not right. I think he's dangerous.
