my girlfriend is depressed after a termination and death in her family, how can i help?

Angel, First look at what is disturbing your mind when you are studying. It is normal to be aware of tensed about the nouns ahead or fear in the order of the result. If that is the luggage, try relaxing your mind by thinking of something soothing and happy formerly you read. And if the thoughts still disturb you while studying, try ignoring those thoughts. Try to concentrate on the subject and don't bear up theory subjects to study unpaid into the night....Because to be precise when one is most susceptible to insane thoughts and ideas that you may not want to foray into at that time of the hours of darkness........
And it is better to have a chalice of milk at night within order to hold a better sleep or study time. I always do own a glass of hot milk up to that time I study just to hold myself awake.....And don't sit in a place for more than an hour.Just roll your eyes around the room and look at something else, draw from up and have a small stroll inside your house/room, relax for 10 minutes and then resume studying......
And don't for heaven's sake suppose that you cannot study this much, because that detracts one the most from studying.......
Just think that you can knob anything of any magnitude........
Try consideration a subject before you return with into studying.Loving a subject can go a long mode in consciousness and enjoying the subject.
