try to slowly repair ur cycle, use an alarm clock. so u will get up early in the morning and fight taking a nap in the middle of the day, go out for walk or do something. then try and go to bed, lights out at 1000 pm. then adjust your clock so u wake up 30 minutes earlier than the day before. i know what u mean , when school starts u will have a hard time.
you can count sheep, but don't count endangered species because you will run out.
Try half or a quarter aspirin. I was like that for awhile and was getting so stressed out the stress kept me from sleeping. Aspirin, or calcium in warm milk (warm to absorb it faster), will calm your brain down.
