How can i remember my dreams?

Hi Ash, first of all I've heard many sleep clinics offer this advice, when you first wake up DON'T move. Remain in the exact position you woke up in and just lie there and think about your dream... it will come to you if you had one..remember that we don't have dreams everytime we sleep. I can sometimes go back to the 'place' I was when I was having my dream, if I remember it and think about it before I doze off. When you dream then remember it, write it down then you can keep a dream journal, they are a wonder thing to have and a helpful tool so you can continue to enjoy your dreams. Hope this helps.
They say cheese helps because its difficult to digest. Amzingly, we have up to 8 dreams a night!
the best way is to keep a dream diary write in it as soon as you wake up, so you'll need a torch handy and motivation :)
you may end up having lucid dreams as a result, which are cool.
I recommend reading Stephen LaBerge ' Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming'
A good method for this is to keep a notebook and pen by your bed, and get in the habit of writing down your dream immediately upon awakening. Over time you'll find you can recall your dreams more easily.
for remembering your dreams id say to keep a note pad near your bed and when you wake up after having the dream write it down.
sometimes when you dream about something that sticks in your mind, you remember it as soon as you wake up. So the best way to remember it is to write it down as soon as you wake up.
It works with me. you try it.
Keep a notepad and pen by your bed, and as soon as you wake up write down everything you can remember about the dream. However I don't know how you can make yourself have the same dream again. Sounds like good one though!
oh god i know, isn't it irritating when that happens? man, it just makes me want to kick my alarm clock out of the window.
