How do you make yourself not waste time?

Hi hun! its easy to procrastinate! I have done this in the past, But know I make out a list of the things I want to do and the things I got to do! I get my breakfast a glass of orange juice! I then look at my list and pick one thing to get done and then I do it! I do this through out the day and take breaks inbetween! If you try to do at least two things a day, that is great! I usually find myself wanting to do more! But push for two at least! Really try this! It works! Hugs!
you are probably just procratinating...
just get ur butt down to starting the 1st step of action and try to maintain the momentum. Maybe u'll see some results by then.

sometimes there is a medical reason for "wasting time" Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is one very Good Reason. It's not because you want to wast time its the medical condition that can be rectified that is holding you back. sometimes if there is no medical reason , it's because you have no motivation, so here's a tip... Get a pan and paper and every day write your self a list of things to do. Starting at the top, work through the things you want to accomplish that day and tick them off. make it a sort of Game, and you might find you actually enjoy challenging yourself. Good luck but see your doctor first . to make sure it's NOT CFS
