Answers:
I have a mother with bipolar disorder as well. I just moved out of my house a week ago because of her episodes and am living with friends. I'm 17. She went to the hospital and is still having major problems. Anyways, what I would do is sit down and have a nice talk with her about how you feel she's interfering in your life and how you seem to take all the blame for things that aren't necessarily your fault. I know because my mother has done it to me all the time. She might be stressed about the divorce and could just be having a hard time coping with the loss. Is there a friend's house you could maybe spend some time at? Having time away from her could help some of the tension between her that you're feeling. Maybe take frequent walks around your neighborhood. Just be creative and come up with some ideas that'll give you some room to vent and relax, that'll definitely help. Also, if you wanna talk or whatever, message me, hehe, I'm in the same boat as you so I know what it's like. I wish you well!
Based on the way your question is written, it seems that you are the one with the disorder.
