your probably best off speaking to a doctor about this. sounds to me like you have a Social Anxiety Disorder. And a doctor would know the best medication to take to controll this. they may also suggest therapy thats what im having to do, but mine is for a General Anxiety Disorder and a Health Anxiety Disorder and im taking Efexor xl 150mg. but it all depends so go and see a doctor and never take medication unless advised by a doctor.

you should make an appt with your doctor and let him know so he can treat the matter. they have many good medications out for that.

You need to see a doctor to have something prescribed for you. What might work very well for one person, won't be good for another..

Xanax or Rivotril are very good for anxiety.
