Honey, I am sure many people with schizophrenia have missed the voices once the were properly treated. Please keep taking your medication. If the voices were mean, they are not the voices you need to have in your head to begin with.
Talk to your Dr. You could be schizophrenic.
just keep doing whatever u were doing to keep them away. its better to live the life u were meant to and forget about them. you dont deserve having to deal with those demons!!
Please keep taking your medication.
What ever happens you will not be able to talk about hearing voices in our society. You will know if it is because you lost your mind or you have a warning from ancestors. We don't know it is true . Keep it as they say and ponder it in your heart.
I do not think that you are insane. I wonder though if you, or many other people in our world, can tell what they think are 'other' voices, from the voice of their own conversation with their self? Can you tell the difference? It is relatively easy to speak to yourself in the 2nd or the 3rd person, as if you were someone else addressing yourself. Language use, which is created by our own self conversations, can be mistaken for the conversations of someone else, when they happen in our head, because this is the way that we assign and understand that someone else, besides our self, is speaking to us in the real world.
By the way, we all hear the voices; but it is what value (self or other) we assign them that determines whether they are the voice of our own mind or that of some 'other' entity.
If you really watch your thoughts, you, and every one else, will see that they are very different from the 'you' that is speaking the words. You are not your thoughts, but are the person who is thinking them.
Rejoice in the 'peace and quiet' in your head, and do not bother your self by creating a bunch of thoughts that do not help your situation.
The silence that you are experiencing is the 'now'. Step into
the now and much joy will be yours.
