What to do about sad feelings and not being able to adjust?
i just got back from vacation and i was only gone for 3 weeks but now that i'm back i feel really sad. all day long i've been on the verge of tears. i find it odd that i can't get adjusted back to my life or my old self. what can i do to make my self feel better or to get adjusted quicker. i don't think this is normal.
Anyone out there ever been on methadone or anyone taking it right now?

It's the simple things in life that make most people happy. Find the little things that you really enjoy. Excersize can help your mental state. You might want to talk to a counsler & find out what the problem is. It could be that you don't enjoy your routine, your life...I wish I didn't work for a living, but sometimes focusing on the impossible, can make you resent your life.

I thihk you need to sit down and figure out what exactly is making you moody, then work on changing that problem.
Maybe also you are tired, jet lagged a bit and just need to rest up for a few days.
