If one is always tired even after some sleep what might be wrong with that one?

Question:

Answers:
Huge sleep debt, sleep apena, high levels of stress, any number of things. Try making sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night (but no more then 9.5 hours, otherwise it is counterproductive) for 2-3 weeks and see if you are still tried when you wake up then. At that point try waking up at the same time every day (weekends count) for 2-3 weeks and then go to bed when you start to feel tired. This should let you know how much sleep you need as some people are quite far from the average of 8.5 hours (some as low as 4 and as high as 12).

If after those two or three months you are still feeling tired, contact your doctor and see if he has any suggestions or thinks it best to order a sleep test for you.

Also, follow the sleeping best pratices (just a quick search on the web can find a lot of things), such as no food or caffinated or sugared drinks 4-6 hours before bed, don't workout, sleep with the lights off , etc.
it could be anything from hypothyroidism to depression, i personally think you should call a doctor, hey, it could just be as simple a not enough calories, not enough protien anything
You could try a colon cleanse, I've heard the natural build up of wastes in your body can make you feel sluggish and tired.
One might be under a lot of stress , dream a lot and that leaves you tired as well as going to bed to early. Too much sleep can also make you feel tired but with me it is stress-related. I wish you a good nights sleep and a happy day:)))
See insomnia/sleep disorders at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 3: possible sleep deficit: see www.mercola.com You need 6 - 9 hrs of good quality sleep, every night.
too much sleep is not good for you makes you feel worse, tierder if you know what i mean. You could be lacking in Iron.
