I dont hav patience and become very angry for small things?

Question:
i'm studyin medicine patience which is most important for doctors is lacking in me.can u tell me how increase my patience & b cool

Answers:
There are so many in this world who are unaware of their weaknesses and some who do not want to correct. Good that you atleast know your weakness and want to correct it.So all you can do is keep a book and note down only those incidents in which you either acted patiently or impatiently.By doing this you yourself will get a better idea of where you went wrong or appreciate yourself for doing something well. And remember you would never like to be treated impatiently then why give somebody that kind of a treatment, right? This is all you got to do-treat everybody equally and never lose that smile..so get going Doctor..
not all doctors are patient but the good ones are.
Simple thing, whenever you are angry (before taking any action / before reacting to that situation) count 1 to 10 and be cool.

your account was a bit of vague, still anger management can be handled by relaxation therapy, yoga, and other advanced ways as cognitive-behavioral therapy.
