Is it bad if u dream every night?

Question:
its not really a problem but i dont think that it lets me get quality sleep, i just wanted to know if this is bad or not...

Answers:
it is normal! and necessary1 a lot of people just don't remember their dreams. actually, u should be very glad that u remember ur dreams. ur dreams do not disrupt ur quality or length of sleep. in fact, dreaming is how u can be sure that u are getting quality deep sleep. I have been diagnosed w/a sleeping disorder. the dream part of sleep actually called REM sleep is the deepest and most restful stage of sleep Stage 4). I am not able to reach that deep stage of sleep and my body does not have the opportunity to restore itself. I experience extreme fatigue. Sleepiness and fatigue are very different. Enjoy ur dreams and feel good about ur restorative sleep! u'll look healthier and younger longer!! nighty, night
everyone dreams every night the only difference is that not everyone remembers what they dream
nope its fine.
in fact everybody dreams every night but you just remember them every night
and your dreams only last a couple of seconds anyway so i think youll live :)
dreaming every night is a good thing, i think , i like to dream it does'nt happen often enough i'm sure when you do, it's when your getting deep high quality sleep, sometimes if i wake up mid dream i like to write them down so i can remeber how awkward they are and make's a good story for my friends, anyways, sweet dreams :)
it's not bad...i dream every night and i'm fine in the mornings
Why would it be bad? Actually everyone dreams everynight and you have several dreams per night. The only reason you remember your dreams is because you wake up in the middle of them. That's why when you recall a dream to someone else you usually say "and then I woke up" so there is no end to the story. When yo think you have not dreamt is because you finished dreaming and woke up before you started dreaming of something else.
If your dreams however, are about hurting someone (including yourself), then it would be bad and you should talk to someone about it.
no its not bad

it just happens that you have good memory that you remember your dreams.
