Do you think a person should consider themselves lucky if they have one person they can trust and come to?

Question:
for support. I mean aren't we supposed to have more than one?

Answers:
I only have 1 friend for support & no family. I feel blessed with this 1 friend. We should have morethan 1. Sometimes doctors & therapists don't even support us.
some say if you have one truly good friend ,in this life time your truly blessed, people come and go, think to yourself, if you were in a jam, how many true friends would come to help. and expect not;hing in return, and will never throw it in your face again, unconditional friendship, its hard to come by, some people have several trusted friends, while many other do not. so don't question the good things you have, you deserve a good friend. and a good life
Yes. A lot of people don't even have that to start with. Just be happy with what you have. You never know what life will bring you.
It's good to have trusting people to confide in so long as you don't use them as an emotional crutch.
not always. a lot of people don't have anyone. so it's good to have at least one person.
Having and being a good friend is wonderful.

Having a few more is even better.

If you can meet one good friend you can meet more. Maybe thinking about what you and your friend do that makes this relationship good, can help you with other relationships.

Don't discount your one friend, because she or he is not many! Don't discount yourself, you have made a good friend!
well...it's nice to have more than one, but as long as you have one to release your inner problems/stresses, it's still great.

And therepists/doctors, in my view, are there to work out your problems, not support and help you.
