Could you please add more details to what you are trying to answer. If you mean just plain should I go to sleep yes sleep is essential. The average adult should probably get 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

Depends, if it's nice and sunny out, go for a hike, swimming or anything outside. If it's rainy and dreary and you have nothing else to do, put your favorite movie in and take a nap.

Are you tired? Then surely do so! We will be here when you get up! I didn't sleep last night, because I hate wasting my life on sleep, lol!! But I will take a nap later and feel refreshed until late tonight around 1 or 2. My naps are like 15 minute naps! I don't require a lot of sleep, 4 to 5 hours, then I'm good to go.
