3 - I can have a quick temper, but then it goes and I am over ridden with guilt, wondering whether I went over the top.
oh yes. i have a temper. i'd rate it 8-9.
Depends on how mad I am. Sometimes i break something. Other times I go for a walk. Most of the times it around 6-8.
o, my temper is not very bad but when my 2 year old drops a can of cold drink on just cleaned bed, it climbs to 2.

there is no such thing as a perosn that doesnt have a temper.
there is no such thing as person who wont experience it to ech degree you mention.
the question is how much does it take to get a given point, and what other triggers ther are (for example there are a few people that remind me of my step father, and those peple inexplably can wind me up in a short space of time - most other people that try to wind me up are going to have to have more patience than me tho cos it can take months - to years if your looking for a raging anger responce, if oyur looking for someone that wwill spin it all back and show your winding your self up more then I suppose they succed in a short time frame, I guess laughing at them doesnt help either)

my is 7-8 but its all up to the mind i easily control my temper by thinking about the person i love the most

I've got a very loud shout and apparently, when I had and argument with someone at work, I frightened the 3 ladies who always thought I was a shy mouse.
I only ever get nasty when some one says nasty things about my family as this horrible poodle haired woman did, she insulted my Hubby, when she had no right too!

really I could get very angry...being Italian and Irish..but I have the good fortune to be blessed with extreme patience...but when it does turn loose, look out..I would say about an 8...because I am able to control it

I do have a temper alright and I got that from my dad of all things. I wish I could exchange that for a fast metabolism because that is one thing he has that I did not get in the process of making me:( I would rate my temper at a 5 but sometimes a 7 depending on the situation.

5. That´s because I´m passively having a temper quite often - you know, instead of screaming at someone you just ignore them. Then again, I don´t often get really angry, so angry as to have a screaming match. You need to provoke me a lot to get to that... Unfourtunately my mother is a master at this.
used to be over aten big time got me in loads of trouble but now very calm so would say about a 3 or 4
