The secret of a good memory is attention, and attention to a subject depends upon our interest in it. We rarely forget that which has made a deep impression on our minds.
do one thing daily in the night put five almond in the bowl and put some water into it.Keep it for whole night.when you have your breakfast take that almonds and peel it and have it .this will improve your eye sight and memory to try this it is effective.
Well, it's said that computers and cell phones contribute to weaker memories because we can just store all our information on them and we then become dependent on that, so maybe spend less time using cell phones & computers?
Oh, and there was also a study that exercise helps memory.
And eat omega 3 fatty acids, which is mostly found in salmon, I think - they supposedly make you smarter or something ^_^
