Try taking a sleeping pill or doing 200 jumping jacks. and if everything fails then resort to porn. unfortunatly.
Go and get some nuts and make friends with a squirrel.

If your still depressed after all your nuts are gone and the cute little squirrel isn't working for you, eat the squirrel.

well do this, thats waht i have been doing. ask stupid questions, get stupid answers and it makes you laugh. cheer up :)
Well for me if I write the reasons I'm depressed and then try to write a solution next to it, I feel really motivated to do something about it the next day. Sometimes this can backfire though because you might think too much about the depressing stuff!!

Another thing that can work is clear your mind for a bit and pamper yourself. Have a bubble bath, paint your nails, watch some trashy movie..that sort of thing!

OR..tuck yourself into bed and maybe sleep will solve your problems!
just stop thinking about negative stuff. relax ... or meditate.or watch funny vidoes on youtube. o i heard vitamin b12 is really good for depression.
