Does anyone take lithium?
Question:
Answers:
yes i find its quite good. takes a month or two to really kick in and to level your moods completely, sometimes a bit longer in other people. But some people notice improvement in only a couple weeks. I have been on it for about 1 1/2 years now and its really helped me so much. no longer do i get manic and do stupid and dangerous things that get me arrested and put into hospital. Hope it works out for you. Also if you get tremors from it, there is a medication called propranolol which helps heaps.
Yep, lot's of good. Killed the mania, augments the anti-D effect of Lamictal, and life is incredibly normal again. No side effects for me, btw.
If it is prescribed by a psychiatrist don't hesitate to take it.
One of my friends used to take Lithium and some other drugs with co-operation of psychoanalysis...
we faces a miracle.
it balances my moods
I used to take lithium, but my doctor told me that was one of the most dangerous mood stabilizers you can take. I heard it can kill you, nnot sure if its true though. gave me really bad tremors, not good.
I feel pity for the drug users as much as I feel pity for god believers
