worrying about your problems hasnt fixed them thus far so try to find another way to cope...set your strategy to tackle these issues and start chipping away at them one by one
go to the doctors and they will refer you to a phsycologist and the can help you it helped me a bit but in on medication good luck =)
I know it is not easy. I had the same thing and did not do anything with it and it lead me to depression and mood swing problem. Probobly people can tell you not to worry, but you are worrier, you were born a worrier and you will be worry. I would try breathing sessions, yoga, regular exercisse, helty eathing, therapy, vitamin B helps. If those do not work, meds are only way. Remember, what can hurts you more is your struguling with the mental anxiety than medication.
