Is it normal to keep having nitemare flashbacks?

Question:
I keep having these nitemare flashbacks, each time it happens I get sick to my stomach. I don't puke, But it feels like I'm going to. How do I stop them, I'm getting sick (literally) of them.

Answers:
Well maybe you should look at it in a different way.
We tend to keep things hidden in our subconscious. Dreams the good ones or the bad are a way for us to release things that are bothering us or to work problems out. Even if we are not aware that there is something bothering us. I would try to pay attention to where you keep flashing back to, write it down, try to think of why your mind keeps flashing there. We tend to have a lot of symbols and things like that in our dreams that mean something. Write down some of the things that come to you and maybe do a search on meaning of dreams and I bet you might find some answers.
Embrace your dreams the good ones and the bad :)

That really depends on what caused the trauma. Many things linked to flashbacks should be handled by a doctor. There are a million people out there with PTSD for different reasons and there is no shame in seeking help. There are medications that can help you sleep through the night. Again, please consult your doctor.
That depends on what happened which you r havin nightmares about. If its something that couldn't be reversed and left a permanent scar on ur life then it is highly likely. If it is something less worrying then u r, less likely to hav nightmares.
