Question:
im 30 have borderline personality disorder and have had an exceptionally hard life, im waiting for therapy now, i live alone and have never worked or made any friends in life.except lots on the internet.life can be a very lonely, unfullfilled, unhappy place, most times unfortunatley.
so to see that on the news, someone happy makes me feel annoyed.
can anyone relate to what i mean?
Answers:
Dude, I hate everyone who wins the lotto...mostly because i could use that money and in my head, I'm sure i deserve the money more. This is normal.
BUT...get off your butt and away from the computer. Make some real friends.
I relate but in a way not.. Yeah i've had what you could prly call and exceptionally hard life as well but instead of being pissed off at happy people i decided to get my *** in gear and make myself happy.. Drugs helped such as prozac.. BUT you have to do something.. Wasteing your time being angry at happy people isnt going to help you.. If you go out and take walks go to the bowling ally **** go to the bar or even Church where people are you will start to make friends.. Just get off your *** and go outside!! Good luck!
Not really, but it sounds you need to spend more time with a doctor.
It means that you are jealous, angry and bitter...but not at them..at life in general..and you are taking it out on innocent people, who don't even know you...you are miserable, but don't take it out on others
I'm not a doctor, but some of the things you are describing are classic signs of clinical depression. The good news is things like this can be treated in many ways, therapy, medication, etc. The first thing you did was understand that somethings no necessarily "right", and that's really good. Everyone may feel that way sometimes, but from what you described it may go a little deeper than that. If you were a patient of mine, I would recommend that you get to your primary doctor and be very honest about things. If you hold anything back, he may not be able to help you the way you need. You have enough courage to admit there may be something wrong. Keep going with that and seek the advice of a professional. Your life is out there waiting for you, not on here. You deserve to be happy to. Go find out how to make that happen. Good luck.
Considering what you are going through, it seems you're having some normal feelings in this respect.
That you desire, desperately, to be happy. To be in a place in your life you see others in, wishing you could find a way to be that happy.
I would spend some time in prayer. Your self asteem is based on accomplishment. If your not accomplishing anything your asteem will be low. Get away from your computer and go meet some people. Get off your a** and live life. Stop watching other people live. Stand up brush yourself off. Today is a new day!
well you know you can never be truly happy and get rid of jealousy unless you start to feel happy for these ppl. what i did was I came to accept and realize that everybody has their problems and obstacles and we each have our own unique (yet the same..since we all feel the same emotions) mission and goals..so its best not to worry so much about them to the point of resenting them
