Im kinda depressed rite now?

well this is the first time ive ever been depressed... i really dont kno why i am but i thought i was jus sad but then i didnt feel like eating after ive been starving all day.. i think it has something to do wit my bf cz im jus so confused about a lot of things nd im sick of everything.. i dont see my bf as much as i want to i mean today is the first day ive seen him in about 3 weeks nd when i was wit him i wasnt that happy nd i wasnt even wit him very long either.. a part of me kinda wants to break up wit him cz i wanna see if im happier wit someone else but then another part of me really really doesnt want to so im really confused about that..nd idk why im sick of every little thing like when im walking down the street nd the guys honk or whistle at me i get kinda mad or annoyed now, before i use to like it nd think it was funny but now i hate it nd wonder why they do that cz i dont get wat they have to gain by whistling at me cz it wont make me fall in love wit them. idk wat to do

Maybe a good nights sleep will help your perspective. Tomorrow is a new day and you will feel different about the same things. Midol or xanax have helped me deal w/ simmilar feelings. But best thing is to make self stop overanalyzing

hey whatsup, in middle school, people used to look at me a lot and I was like wtf at first and then later in life I found out that being attractive, means being attractive, guess I didn't know what attractive meant half my life but oh well. Anyways I got sick and tired of people paying attention to me, so I decided I'd look angry, or sad when I was just walking around, even sometimes around my friends and long story short, now i'm screwed up in the head. But what I think you should do is find something that makes you happy, like a cool hobby, but not something stupid like model plane building, but maybe a sport, where you have the support of teamates, and the good feeling like no other, of a cheering crowd, or from winning, but most of all, listen to good music and watch good movies, and enjoy the little good things in life.
you should see a doctor and a boyfriend should NEVER dictate or be the instrument in which you gage your happiness...IN OTHER WORDS, screw him! move on with your life, IS HE MOANING OVER YOU? DOES IT BOTHER HIM that you two don't see each other much? PROBABLY NOT! If that's the case, DON'T BE AVAILABLE WHENEVER HE GET AROUND TO SEEING YOU. Noooooooooooobody IS GONNA THINK YOU ARE SPECIAL OR WORTH THE EFFORT IF YOU DON'T THINK IT YOURSELF AND IF YOU DON'T ACT LIKE IT. Be busy AND be mysterious, when he comes back from his excursions or whatever
It sounds like to me that the confusion you have over your relationship is causing a lot of stress. Stress is the number one reason people have symptoms of depression. The best way to combat depressive feelings is to first off eat healthy even if your not very hungry and try to get a goods nights sleep. Take a multivitamin because if your body is deprived of certain vitamins and minerals it can highten the feelings you are having. Stay away from sugar and caffeine for a while and drink plenty of water.

Next sit down with paper and pen. Write down what are the most important things you want in a relationship and why they are important to you. Then write down how each of those are met by your current relationship. Be honest otherwise you are cheating yourself. Read through everything you've written to see if these can help you make a decision about where to go with your realtionship. Try to answer these questions as well. What's preventing us from being together more? What kind of quality time do we spend together when we are together? How will your bf act if you talk to him about these things? The key thing is to put it writing. Often your first thought on a matter is often correct. I think you probably just need to take steps in one direction or another to get rid of all the stress you are feeling. Best of luck.
