Then another time, when my friend was over, We were walking into the kitchen, and we heard voices, sounding like 2 men talking, And the tv was off and we were so scared we ran out of the house, and didnt come back for 2 days.
and another time my dog acted like it saw somthing in the halway, and started freaking out and ran out to the back yard.
And when I used a qujia bored, with my aunt, we were about to ask a question, but before we could it just started moving, and it spelt out "help me"
we were so scared, we threw th pattelete [or how ever you spell it]

yes it could be a spirit, alot of times people have to say to the spirit thats it is ok to move to the next world and there is nothing in this word for them. or you could get a priest to bless the house or if you are pagan or whatever use a broom to sweep out any negative energy.
i do suggest you dont play with those boards as they are dangerous and you dont know what you are letting in

It sounds like a ghost. You need to go to Montelshow.com and tell him. You may get to get on his show and speak to Sylvia. She does a show with him every Wed. The only reason I believe is that I have been there before. I had a lot of strange things happen to me the day my cousin died. A bird flew into a window. My keyboard played by itself, it took me to take out the batteries to get it to stop. The ceiling fan was on, it stopped and then went the opposite direction. After that it never worked again.
They are just spirits that have yet to cross over. But DO NOT play with Ouija boards. They are very bad! The pastor at my church and others have claimed that you then invite the spirits in with those. And whose to tell if you invite the good ones. I know what you are thinking, it's just a board game made out of cardboard. Throw it away, burn it, but don't play with it. I had bad experiences with those when I was younger also.
You need to tell the spirits to go home, that they are dead and to surround them selves with the white light. I think you're supposed to get holy water and put crosses over all the doorways. And sprinkle salt around your house also
The conversation part of your story reminds me of OUR ghost situation. It STARTED with a Ouija board.
My Brother and I kind of challenged the spirits to come on in and boy did they! The whole family heard voices at first and weeks later, we had to have our house blessed because this THING kept materializing and scaring my Bro in his room!
Unfortunately, as fun as the quickie board is, even the experts guard against messing with them. It sounds like you might have some spirit stuff going on. Just for the sake of safety and the fact that the board can and HAS caused trouble, your house could use a clean, blessing. White candles and prayers by someone who knows the stuff.
Remember, ask and sometimes you get an answer in the spirit world!!

Maybe a soul needs your help to "go home" - you can try to get help from a medium to help it pass over.

maybe there is ghosts in your house. You need to ask them what they want? They will not leave until you can help them... Have you ever seen the movie Stir Of Echoes? Or The movie What Lies Beneath? watch them, then you will know what to do.
The human mind can conceive of many things that do not exist. The more superstitious we are the more these strange noises, lights, squeaks, voices, etc. seem to scare the heck out of us. This goes back to our past when we were still primitive people who had to be aware of all types of noises and where they were coming from. Our survival depended upon it. Your dog freaked because he undoubtedly saw something that you did not see. My little dog carries on from time to time and there is nothing there. My wife claims she once saw an evil being come into a room and hover in the doorway for several seconds. She was badly shaken. I tried to explain that one of the medications she was taking caused illusions but she would never listen to my solution. I was in the room and I didn't see anything. Believe me, there are no ghosts. The dead are dead.
