Why am i hallucinating? I'm really freaked out now!?

You may have auditory and visual hallucinations, I would suggest to go and see a doctor.
Hauntings maybe, undead spirits?
Call a psychic advisor so that they can perhaps take a look at the area you are at. If these are the only two hallucinations, then you are probably connecting to spirits.

spirits ..get some dragon blood and burn it in the home..salt or lemon peel on the window cills...tell it to go to the light..
i think it's pretty damn cool what you are experiencing right now...have you tried talking to the old lady?

I think you should speak with a therapist, and get a full evaluation. It could be the onset of something serious and you need the help NOW. Think carefully about your life...Do you have more stress now than you usually do? Have you had these typed of hallucinations before? Are you sleeping, eating normally...? Get someone who is knowledgeable to take a look at you and tell you what might be wrong.
Hallucinations aren't normal and they may be a symptom of treatable illness.
Visual hallucinations may be an indication of an organic brain disorder (tumor, mass, aneurism, etc.) and really should be evaluated by a neurologist quickly to ensure there's nothing physically wrong with the brain itself.
Auditory hallucinations may be an indication of a mental illness such as schizophrenia, though it tends to be people talking, not other sounds such as you describe.
I think you're certainly worth enough for a trip to the doctor.
Either you're seeing ghosts and connecting to the other side or you need medications...or are just seeing how everyone reacts for all I know. However, I would just ..see a doctor I guess unless you like these hallucinations and don't mind them. Sometimes I hallucinate a piano playing in the house when I wake up...no we don't have a piano...
