I hear voices all the time. That is why I became a writer. Mainly I hear my own voice.
Do something weird, like telling the voices they all have to talk in the your tone of voice. It works.

There are a variety of illnesses that can cause you to hear voices that aren't necessarily there.

That depends on if they are voices that are commanding or just voices that you hear.

That is most definitely schizophrenia. I know, I have a family member that suffers with it. If this is something that your dealing with, you need to see a psychiatrist to be put on medication that will help you. Good luck
