What am i suppose to do??

please please please see a doctor. This is a medical condition that is completely treatable. (My husband is a dr and trust me, it happens more often than you think!) A doctor can give you some medicine to quiet the voices and get you feeling great again, and that is what we all want for you. And no, they don't put your name on a billboard to tell everyone. Take the medicine, feel better and hang in there, OK? But please see a doctor. Please.
Seek therapeutic help immediately. Don't ever consider acting on what those voices are telling you to do, and don't ignore it thinking that it will go away. That might escalate the problem.
dont listen. cause life.. once its over, its over.
go to a counseler. they really are helpful.
I really hope this is a serious question because this is a very serious problem and not somthing to joke with. It could be negative self talking. You may not be liking life and feel the need to die. But, life is a gift, it is a gift that we only get once and no matter how low life is, we need to keep plugging because it WILL get better. Life is not supposed to be that hard. Please take care of yourself and see someone.
The textbook answer is you are mentally ill, get help immediately. If and when this is not enough take charge of your inner voice and tell the darkness you will not let it win and that you are a child of light and love.
This is a taboo subject in popular culture but I know humans have a latent psychic ability in their dna, do not dismiss that inner voice or let common logic demonize it as nonexistant craziness. If there is love, light and goodness there is an opposing force too. Many people get the shivers sleeping alone in an old house or feel the pricklies for no reason, these are forces that exsist and will not cease to plague the unaware simply because Sigmund Freud wrote a book or Neitzche says God died.
Again, get help but do not neglect your spirit in seeking mental clarity. May the Mother/Father Being encircle you in the Golden light of protection until you are safe, blessings.
Go to your doctor right away. Those are symptoms of psychosis from depression. Your dr. will refer you to a psychiatrist.
There are usually two reasons for hearing voices.
CALM DOWN and read this.
1) The person has schizophrenia. It's a chemical disorder in the brain & has a good rate of being controlled by medications.
2) The person has a dissociative disorder. That means, in the past the person got hurt really badly. It couldn't be avoided, so the person pushed it into the back of their mind, to forget about it. It's still there, and occasionally it comes out by talking to them. It is NOT a chemical imbalance, NOT crazy, and does NOT need drug therapy or electroshock. It's considered a neurosis, and plain old talking therapy with an experienced therapist can heal it.
So, go to a psychiatrist if you think you are schizophrenic, and get medications.
Call around different therapists & find one EXPERIENCED WITH DISSOCIATION, and get therapy, if you think you have the other.
Good luck! Either way you'll be OK.
That must be really scary. No matter what, do not hurt yourself. The thing that helps me is to think about all of the people that love me. Next time the voices come, call the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. They can really help. Their number is 1-800-273-TALK. They have a little bit of information on their website too, but the hotline is really, really great for people who need help right away.
