You are probably feeling this way from taking the zoloft and that still being in your system and now you have the Wellbutrin in your system also. The meds will cause these types of side effects. I have taken every medicine out there b/c I have suffered from panic attacks for eight years and have felt the exact way that you are feeling now. The zoloft and Wellbutrin didn't help me, but everyones body chemistry is different so alot times you just have to keep trying until you find the medicine that is right for you. While you are having the racing thoughts and panic just remember that it will go away, and that it is just from the medicine!! It takes at least 4 weeks for these types of medicine to kick in and work.

Lexapro works for me, but either discuss the problems futher with your doctor &/or thereapist, or go get a second opinion.
Good Luck!
I do not think it is wellbutrin alone. I think it is the zoloft being mixed. You can have seizures with this type of medications.
You are having some type of withdrawals. Go to your doctor in the morning or emegency room and you may just need wellbutrin and valium. Some of these meds will make you panicky and what you have said above. REMEMBER: Medication is not for everyone! Everyone's Chemistry is very different. You may need to be completely changed from both medications. If you start shaking call 911 for an ambulance because you are seizing. This will happen if the dosage is too high.
I suggest contacting your doctor and letting him know exactly how you have been feeling, he/she is really the only one that can really help you.
