Am I going crazy?

Question:

I just had one vivid moment of dejaveau. I was watching the beginning of CSI Miami just now and I could of swore they repeated the scene where they found the dead body in the well. I have been tired and been drinking lots of diet soda.

This is odd.

Answers:
1) Sometimes on TV they really do have errors & repeat scenes, like that.
2) Your brain may have made a momentary "glitch", like any machine (even an organic machine!), but that doesn't mean you're crazy. Only if it goes on for hours & days should you be concerned about it.then, ask for help from a clinic.

Feelings of deja vu are not symptomatic of psychosis.

I wouldn't think so. I get dejavu all the time also. In my opinion its normal.

deja vu is very normal. even in the completely awake person.
