My mind is racing, this time its not a good thing.?


Question:
I cant help thinking bout all the change thats going to happen in my life. Such as my sister going to college, me going to college, getting married, parents dieing, other people i know dieing, my kids going to college, and then me dieing. Im going to explode! I would give $200 to stop this and thats all ive been saving since i heard about the wii. ( im 13 so i dont have a job ) also i think im to young to see a counsler and i already told my dad but he always says " dont think about it " That doesnt help much! Thats excactly what im trying to do! Please. I cant sleep anymore. I cry every night. If somehow you have the solution, please please put it here.

you should write your feelings down in a journal, I can completely understand how you feel when people say don't think about it, because your mind just does not work that way, start a journal and write it however you want to write it and get down all of your fears and worries, this can help you get out a lot of what is going on in your mind, you don't want to let it build up because it can drive you over the edge
everytime those thoughts come to your head, shout "stop" to yourself in your head, and start thinking of hot naked chicks
Yea I think about it sometimes and it makes life seem so bleak. All you have to do is enjoy life, every single little moment of it and enjoy every event. Someday we all have to grow up like it or not.
Instead of thinking about the things you fear, think about the things you are grateful for. Like a warm bed, a good meal, a hot shower, the opportunity to go to college and so much more. Think about all the good things in your life and then enjoy. Life is all about change. Things never stay the same but it doesn't mean that the change won't be good. If you feel that talking will help then you definitely need to talk to a counselor or therapist, you are not to young (don't know who gave you this idea) Since your father doesn't seem to understand, I suggest that you speak to an adult that you can trust and have this person approach your dad. You can also call the boys and girls hotline (forgot exactly what it's called but you can call information) Also don't think that you're weird, this is so normal so please get help soon. Good luck!
You must see a counselor or doctor. If your dad does not support this talk to your school counselor. They cannot share your imformation with anyone else in the school! Please get help DO NOT just ignore this.
just give it a rest, or distract yourself with other things, such as friends and hobbies and stuff
as for night, just watch tv, or read until you fall asleep or basically pass out.. just do lotsof other things instead of thinking
You're not too young to see a counselor, and it's not something to be ashamed of. You seem very anxious to me, and really, it can only help. It's always nice to have someone listen to you, not judge you, and sort of help guide you. He or she would help you to cope with your anxiety, and eventually, you'll just feel better in general, if you go in with an open mind, that is.

You need to take a few seconds to just close your eyes, relax, breathe, and control your thinking. You CAN do it, even though your thoughts feel so out of control. Deep inside, you probably realize that you are needlessly worrying about these things, and you just need to remind yourself of that. Best of luck!
