I have bad bad anxity and deppression?

i passed through a deppression for 6 month. depression comes from somethin ur doing a lot and ur body is tired of... for example i used to study a loooot till my body couldnt stand this nymore then bad things started comming to my mind . fear of life and death .. i was like a vegetable too ... sitting alone and thinkig of bad negative stuff all the time .. till this finally put me in bed for 1 week without food .just think positive .enjoy every moment that passes. and everytime those come o ur mind just try to do smethin with enjoys u .. dont let them take cntrol of ur mind .gd luck :)
There is some great evidence that depression is a physical disease. I was researching for a story and found a book called "Against Depression" by Peter D. Kramer.
The point being to treat it aggressively, not wait to 'snap out of it' . Anxiety is often associated with depression, because it's harder to see options in how to face whatever problems you are having.
Please do seek treatment.
