Question:
but i'm always true to him in my duty and i always keep my discipline... but he himself loses his dignity by some facts.. i dont want to tel as still he is my employer...

Answers:
Usually there are two reasons a person may act arrogant. One may be the person is really very talented and very smart and used to being praised. If that is the case, then you need to try to learn as much from this person as you can, and just overlook his arrogance, understanding that his standards for himself are very high. But more often, the reason is because the person has a lot of flaws and feels bad about themselves. They try to hide it by acting as if they are more than they are. These are the worst kind because you can see they are not good at their job or they have some major problems, but they act as if they are better than you. Either way, your mom is right. To get far in this world means you have to allow people to be any way that they want to be, even when it makes you mad or it seems wrong. The problem lies within himself and he has to fix it if it needs fixing. You waste your energy worrying about the way he acts. Worry for yourself and maintain your own dignity and you will go very far.
Welcome to the real world. Best thing to do is keep quiet, do your job, learn what you can and when a better job comes along leave and not feel a bit bad about leaving
we don't have bother about our employers arrogance.try to hide your feeling ,work hard with sincere loyalty.that does not mean you have to do something other than your job.don't rank his dignity, let his dignity get itself known to others by his own acts.yes ,you mom is correct, change the attitude.think him as an employer, not as a person who is not up to your likings.
Yr Mom's right!

Let him lose his dignity and realise himself!

If you say something, your career may get affected!

Ignore him as arrogant fool whom you have to tolerate for job!
